Once your trial ends you'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data, clients, and programs are all preserved. If you don't subscribe, your account moves to a read-only state — nothing is deleted.
Do my clients need to pay anything?
No. Clients join SetForge for free via your invitation link. They log workouts, view their calendar, and track progress at no cost.
Is there a per-client fee on top of the plan price?
No per-client fees. The plan price is all-in. Starter supports up to 10 active clients, Pro supports up to 25.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes to both. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from billing settings. If you cancel, access continues until the end of your billing period.
How does AI program generation work?
Describe your athlete's goals, training history, and schedule in a chat interface. SetForge generates a full multi-week program — which you can edit before assigning.
Can I build programs manually instead of using AI?
