Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the rules and standards that govern how Coaches and Clients may use the SetForge platform at setforge.space ("the Service"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the SetForge Terms of Service.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

1. General Conduct

All users — whether Coaches or Clients — must use SetForge in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
• Infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity
• Harasses, threatens, abuses, or harms other users
• Involves the transmission of spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited commercial communications
• Impersonates SetForge, another user, or any other person or entity
• Interferes with or disrupts the performance, integrity, or availability of the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network related to the Service

2. Prohibited Uses for Coaches

As a Coach, you are responsible not only for your own conduct but also for the programs and content you deliver to your Clients. You agree not to:

2.1 Medical and Clinical Misuse

• Use SetForge or AI-generated programs to provide medical diagnoses, prescribe treatment for injuries or medical conditions, or act in the capacity of a licensed healthcare professional
• Represent AI-generated workout programs as medical advice or clinically supervised treatment plans
• Knowingly assign programs to Clients with health conditions or limitations without reviewing and adapting those programs appropriately

2.2 Unauthorized Commercial Activity

• Resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise commercialize access to the SetForge platform or its AI-generation features without explicit written permission from SetForge
• Use the Service to operate a competing fitness software product or to reverse-engineer SetForge's functionality
• Share your account credentials with other coaches or trainers as a means of circumventing subscription fees

2.3 Content Standards

• Upload or input content into the platform that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or unlawful
• Use the AI program generation feature to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or outside its intended fitness planning purpose
• Misrepresent AI-generated programs as your own independently authored work in a way that deceives Clients about the nature of the content they are receiving

2.4 Client Relationships

• Add clients to the platform without obtaining appropriate consent from those individuals
• Use Client data accessed through SetForge for any purpose outside of legitimate coaching and training management
• Share or expose Client data to third parties without Client consent

3. Prohibited Uses for Clients

As a Client, you are accessing the platform through your Coach's account. You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials or provide access to your account to any other person
• Attempt to access data or features belonging to other Clients or your Coach's administrative controls
• Use the platform to submit false, misleading, or fabricated workout data
• Contact other Clients through the platform in a manner that is unsolicited, harassing, or inappropriate
• Attempt to circumvent any restrictions your Coach or SetForge has placed on your account

4. AI-Generated Content

SetForge's AI features are designed exclusively to assist Coaches in building structured fitness training programs. You agree not to use the AI generation features to:

• Generate content unrelated to fitness, exercise programming, or athletic training
• Attempt to manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI model to produce harmful, offensive, or misleading output
• Use AI outputs as a substitute for professional medical or clinical advice
• Reproduce or redistribute AI-generated programs commercially outside the coaching relationship without appropriate authorization

Coaches remain fully responsible for reviewing, validating, and appropriately adapting any AI-generated content before delivering it to Clients. SetForge is not liable for outcomes resulting from programs delivered without adequate Coach review.

5. Data and Security

You agree not to:

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any associated systems
• Attempt to access, alter, or destroy data belonging to other users
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to damage or interfere with the Service
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, extract, or interact with the Service in an unauthorized manner
• Circumvent any authentication, access control, or rate-limiting mechanisms in the Service

6. Enforcement

SetForge reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take any of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account
• Remove content that violates this policy
• Report activity to law enforcement where required or appropriate

We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking action on a clear or serious violation.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of conduct on the platform that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to us at [info@setforge.space]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate as appropriate.
